The Burrell is a 49-unit affordable condominium development. ThroughLine supported the effort through comprehensive development consulting across predevelopment, due diligence, financing alignment, entitlements, and overall project coordination. In partnership with Shanahan Development and Elevation Community Land Trust, the work has focused on advancing a for-sale affordable housing model designed for long-term affordability. Efforts have included early feasibility analysis, detailed due diligence review, strategic alignment of funding sources, and coordination through the entitlement process, helping bring a sustainable and accessible homeownership opportunity to market.
