Nazarene Townhomes is a 47-unit affordable townhome development in Golden, Colorado. ThroughLine supported the project through comprehensive development consulting across predevelopment, due diligence, financing alignment, entitlements, and overall project coordination. In collaboration with Shanahan Development, Elevation Community Land Trust, and Golden Church of the Nazarene, the work has focused on advancing a for-sale affordable housing model within a broader community development context. Efforts have included early project evaluation, detailed due diligence review, coordination of funding sources, and navigation of entitlement processes to ensure both feasibility and long-term affordability, helping bring accessible homeownership opportunities to the Golden community.
