Experience includes:
Pilot projects demonstrating scalable modular prototypes for Colorado’s workforce housing market
Factory-to-site coordination, state modular permitting, and lender compliance
Feasibility analysis for modular versus panelized versus traditional framing

In partnership with nonprofits and housing authorities, Throughline is advancing intentional housing models including neuroinclusive communities, small scale workforce housing, and homeownership models.
This work reimagines housing beyond institutional frameworks by focusing on integration, safety, and belonging. Throughline provides development strategy, funding assembly and underwriting, and construction management to bring these models to life, aligning with evolving priorities throughout the state.
Our approach connects policy innovation, capital alignment, and design execution, ensuring that inclusion and independence are built into the very architecture of community living.
