Tierra Azul is advancing a large-scale, multi-phased mixed-income housing effort in Alamosa with active support through housing feasibility, development coordination, infrastructure and financing alignment, and implementation planning. Work includes helping shape the project approach through a community-driven housing strategy, coordinating key development and public infrastructure activities, aligning funding and phasing, and supporting the transition from planning into active construction.
