Ptarmigan Flats is a 4-unit modular workforce housing development. ThroughLine supported the project through comprehensive development consulting across project coordination, financing alignment, site development, factory production oversight, and implementation. In collaboration with Victor Marquette Christian and Thelchrest, Incorporated, the project focuses on delivering attainable housing through a modular construction approach. Work has included advancing utility extensions, foundations, and backfilling; coordinating modular fabrication and factory walkthroughs; and managing delivery and set planning as the project transitions from pre-construction into active construction, ensuring a smooth path from concept to completion.
