The Hattie is a 62-unit affordable condominium development in Five Points. ThroughLine supported this project through comprehensive development consulting spanning pre-development, due diligence, financing alignment, entitlements, and overall coordination. In partnership with Shanahan Development and Elevation Community Land Trust, the work has focused on advancing a for-sale affordable housing model within a larger-scale development context. This has included early-stage feasibility analysis, detailed due diligence review, strategic alignment of funding sources, and navigation of entitlement processes to ensure the project’s viability and long-term affordability. The effort brings together public and private stakeholders to deliver thoughtfully planned, accessible homeownership opportunities in a historically significant and evolving Denver neighborhood.
