Poplar Commons is an 8-unit modular workforce housing development in Hayden, Colorado. ThroughLine supported the project through comprehensive development consulting across feasibility, site planning, financing coordination, and implementation. Working closely with Tegan Ebbert and the Town of Hayden, the project focuses on delivering attainable housing through an efficient modular approach. Efforts have included concept refinement, development coordination, alignment of funding sources, and advancing the project toward construction and delivery, helping bring much-needed workforce housing to the Hayden community.
