Over the past four years, ThroughLine has provided programmatic technical assistance supporting housing strategy, site evaluation, feasibility analysis, implementation planning, and project positioning across nearly 80 communities throughout Colorado. Efforts have focused on helping local governments and stakeholders evaluate housing opportunities, refine development concepts, and identify clear, actionable next steps toward implementation. This work spans a diverse range of communities—from rural towns to growing regional hubs—including Alamosa, Boulder, Cortez, Crested Butte, Delta, Dolores, Glenwood Springs, Leadville, Longmont, Montrose, Salida, Silverton, Walden, Walsenburg, and Yuma, among many others—demonstrating a broad, statewide impact in advancing practical, community-driven housing solutions.
